ORDER

S.O.1827(E)  – The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority’s Order No. S.O. 1730(E) to 1779(E) dated the 10th July, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, of the Para 15, in English version be read as follows :

Instead of

“15.     In case of failure / non-compliance of para 5 and 6 above, the manufacturer /marketer shall be liable to deposit the overcharged amount alongwith the interest thereon from the date of notification and / or date of price increase beyond 10%, as the case may be.”

Read as

“15.     In case of failure / non-compliance of para 13 and 14 above, the manufacturer /marketer shall be liable to deposit the overcharged amount alongwith the interest thereon from the date of notification and / or date of price increase beyond 10%, as the case may be.”

And also Order No. S.O. 1730(E) to 1779(E) dated the 10th July, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, in the column No. (1) to (5) of the table, in Hindi version be read as follows :
