ORDER

S.O.1904(E)  – In exercise of the powers, conferred by Paragraph 19 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 (DPCO, 2013) read with S.O. 1394(E) dated the 30th May 2013 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority being satisfied that the ceiling price in respect of scheduled formulation Heparin Sodium injection 5000 IU/ml has been fixed / notified at serial no. 195 of the Gazette notification no. S.O. 1156 (E) dated 28.04.2014 and therefore, withdraw the Gazette notification no. S.O. 1755 (E) dated 10.07.2014 issued for price fixation of Heparin 25000IU injection under para 19 of DPCO, 2013, with immediate effect.
