The Hon'ble Delhi High Court vide its order dated 18^th July, 2000 had vacated the stay granted to the petitioner, namely, Bulk Drug Manufacturer's Association (BDMA) is respect of the following 8 bulk drugs vide its interim order dated 7^th January, 1999.

1. Ciprofloxacin
2. Cefadroxil
3. Cloxacillin
4. Norfloxacin
5. Salbutamol Sulphate
6. Sulphamethaxazole
7. Theophylline
8. Trimethoprim

Consequent to the above order of the Hon'ble High Court, manufacturers of bulk drugs/ formulations of the above stated bulk drugs are required to implement the prices fixed by Government/ NPPA. NPPA has also initiated action relating to recovery of overcharged amounts in respect of these drugs from the concerned manufacturers.
