S.O. 692 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by S.O. 637(E) dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, read with sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the prices specified in Column (4) of the table as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes) at which the bulk drugs specified in corresponding entry in Column (2) thereof shall be sold :
