No. 800(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by S.O. 637 (E) dated 4th September 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, read with the sub paragrah (1) and (2) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, hereby make the amendments in the order of Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Deptt. of Chemicals & Petrochemicals) S.O. No. 564 (E) dated 6th August , 1997 namely:-
