India Extraordinary) Government of India New Delhi, the February 12, 1999 Order S.O. 109 (E) :- In exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Price Control) Order, 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637(E), dated September 4, 1997 and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) number S.O. 720 (E), dated August 25, 1998 in so far as it relates to Rifampicin except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof shall be sold. |
