S.O. 385(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by S.O. 637 (E) dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, read with the Sub Paragraph, (1) and (2) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Price Control) Order, 1995, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, hereby make the amendments in the order of Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Deptt. of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) No. S.O. 595(E) dated 14 th September, 1991, namely :-

In the said order, for the table the following tabte shall be substituted namely
