S.O. 195 (E) - In exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-paragraph (1) and (2) of paragraph 9 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 read with No. S.O. 637(E) dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby makes the further amendments in the order of Government of India in the Ministry of Chemical & Fertilizers (Department of Chemical and Petrochemicals) No. S.O. 498 (E) dated 6th July, 1993 namely :

In the said order, in the table below for serial number 7 to 12 and the entries relating there to the following serial number and entries shall be substituted namely ;
