ORDER

S.O. No. 660(E) - In pursuance to paragraph 7 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 READ WITH No. S.O. 637(E) dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority had notified the norms for conversion cost, packing charges and process loss vide notification NO. S.O. 578(E) dated 13th,July' 99 published in the Gazette of India, extraordinary, Part II - Section 3 - Sub-Section (ii). In compliance with the requirement for Paragraph 7 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 the validity of the notification No. 578 (E) dated 13th,July'99 is hereby extended with immediate effect.
