Order

S.O. 463 (E) - In exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-paragraph (1) and (2) of paragraph 9 of the Drugs (Price Control) Order, 1995 read with No. S.O. 637(E) dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby makes the further amendments in the Order of Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) No. S.O. 560(E) dated the 21st June, 1995, namely:
In the said order, in the Table below for serial number 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely;

• Bulk Drug Prices
• Ceiling Prices

Each 5 ml contains
Salbutamol SO4 eq. to
2 mg of Salbutamol+ Bromohexine Hcl 4 mg
