Order

S.O. 376 (E) - In exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-paragraph (1) and (2) of paragraph 9 of the Drugs (Price Control) Order, 1995 read with No. S.O. 637(E) dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby makes the further amendments in the Order of Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) No. S.O. 265(E) dated the 29th March, 1996, namely :

In the said order, in the Table below for serial number 1 to 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely;

"1.	Ranitidine Injection	Each tab contains Ranitidine HCl 25 mg Base/ml	2 ml Ampoule	2.38
2.	Ranitidine Injection	Ranitidine HCl 25 mg Base/ml	5x2 ml Ampoule	11.90
3.	Ranitidine HCl Tab. 150 mg	Each Coated tab contains Ranitidine HCl eq. to 150 mg of Ranitidine	10's Al./St.	6.82
