Order

S.O. 869(E) - In exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-paragraph (1) and (2) of paragraph 9 of the Drugs (Price Control) Order, 1995 read with No. S.O. 637(E) dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby makes the further amendment in the order of Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Petro-chemicals) No. S.O. 562(E) dated the 21st June, 1995, namely:
In the said order, in the Table below after serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely;

• Bulk Drug Prices
• Ceiling Prices

Each 5 ml contains
"12.	Trimethoprim and Sulphamethoxazole Susp.	Trimethoprim 40 mg Sulphamethoxazole 200mg	60 ml Bottle with M.Cup	10.08"
