NPPA has revised the prices of 7 scheduled bulk drugs Frusemide, Ranitidine Hcl, Trimethoprim, Ephedrine Hcl, Pseudo-Ephedrine Hcl, Cephazoline Sodium (Sterile) and Famotidine on 7th July, 2003. The prices have been revised on the basis of available information under the provisions of DPCO, 1995. The details of revised and pre-revised prices are given below:

The revised notified prices shall become effective within 15 days from the date of notification in the Official Gazette. All formulators utilizing these drugs in their scheduled formulations are advised to follow the provisions of DPCO, 1995.
