ORDER

S.O.1903(E)  – In exercise of the powers, conferred by Paragraph 19 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 (DPCO, 2013) read with S.O. 1394(E) dated the 30th May 2013 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority being satisfied that the ceiling price in respect of scheduled formulation Enalapril Maleate 5 mg Tablets has been notified at serial no. 153 of the Gazette notification no. S.O. 1156 (E) dated 28.04.2014 and therefore, withdraw price fixed at sr.no. 2 relating to Enalapril 5 mg Tablets in the Gazette notification no. S.O. 1750 (E) dated 10.07.2014 under para 19 of the DPCO, 2013, with immediate effect.
